100 people trained in water fowl counting for Jan 18 census
Around 100 individuals, including college students and forest personnel, received training to identify waterfowls for the upcoming annual census in Ganjam district's Ghumusar North forest division. The census, scheduled for January 18, will cover 38 water bodies, an increase from last year's 31, to account for congregating bird populations.
